4. Shipping Charges

6. Risk and Title

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the customer or handover to the designated logistics carrier, subject to applicable contractual terms.

7. Export Shipments

The customer or importer shall be responsible for local import compliance unless otherwise agreed.

8. Delivery Issues

If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially incorrect, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
