At Sri Surya Agrizen Industries Private Limited, we are committed to supplying quality food and agricultural products.

Due to the nature of food products, refunds and replacements are subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds, replacements, or corrective action may be considered if:

• the product delivered is damaged during transit;
• the product received is materially different from the confirmed order;
• the product has visible manufacturing defects;
• the shipment is incomplete due to our error.

2. Reporting Period

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The customer should provide:

• order details;
• photographs of product and packaging;
• description of the issue.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements may not be provided for:

• change of mind after purchase;
• improper storage or handling after delivery;
• opened, consumed, or partially used products unless quality issues are verified;
• delays caused by customer unavailability, incorrect delivery details, customs clearance, or force majeure.

4. Verification

All refund or replacement requests are subject to internal verification and review.

We may request additional information before processing the request.

5. Refund Processing

Where approved:

• refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed;
• processing timelines may vary depending on payment providers, banks, and transaction type.

6. Export Orders

For export orders, refund and claim treatment may depend on contractual commercial terms, shipping conditions, and international trade documentation.
